Good one, thanks.
Thanks for Vol 2, I didn't have that.
Uncle Gil, thanks for this collection - I snagged it awhile back. Was looking for another Porky Freeman tune called 'Okie Dokie'. Do you have that Cattle Records CD 'Boogie Woogie Boy'? Too bad Cattle's stuff is OOP. Thanks again!
Here's an old copy of the Cattle CD with the track you're looking for. Regards.

Thanks, Uncle Gil - you da man! I wonder if Porky's cut of 'Okie Dokie Okie' is the same as Slumber Nichol's & Western Aces version of the song on the flipside of 'Cotton Pickin' Boogie'? I believe Porky played guitar on both sides. BTW - I met Slumber Nichols and Paul Westmoreland ('Detour') when I was just a kid in high school; they were jammin' on Detour in a mobile home a few doors down from where my folks were visiting. I heard them and wandered over and they invited me up on the patio to sit and listen. Nice fellahs and legends I knew little about at the time. Ya never know who you'll bump into! Thanks again Uncle - Cheers! :)
