I am from Brazil, a collector of Bill Haley's music.
Around 1987 I read in a Bear Family catalog the story of “Bill Haley: Rockin' Rollin (5-LP & Book Box-Set - BFX15068”.
The author (Richard Weize, maube...)recounts that at the time there were almost a dozen Bill Haley LPs on the market with repeated songs.
After eliminating the repeated songs, 101 songs remained from the 5 LPs in the box set. I never saw that catalog again.
If anyone could scan that article and send it to me, I would be very grateful.

SupprimerI might still have the catalog at the back of a cupboard, but right now I don't have the energy to rummage through all my boxes to check. I hope a nephew can satisfy your request. The box set has 102 titles... It's still here and the link valid. Posted May 25, 2024.
