Bitrates are often wrong. It's a waste of space.
You will not improve 96 or 128 by re-encoding them to 320.

@ JD, I don't upgrade the bitrates. All my own rips are in the bitrates as shown. If I post a "public" album, it can happen that the original "poster" changed the bitrate. I hate these types. But you have the chanche to delete these albums and buy it somewhere..I don't boast about a high bitrate if it's not right

For general information: Albums, whether CDs or LPs from the labels CATTLE, CASTLE, BRONCO BUSTER, BACM, CowBoyGirl, are originally predominantly recorded on acetate and vinyl. In my experience, sometimes even flac rips from these labels have a lower bitrate than mp3 320 kb. So please don't complain about the sound of these labels. They preserve music from the past that would otherwise be lost

A note on bitrates: The older recordings, before the late 1940's, were not high fidelity. No matter how great the bit rate you encode them at, it will only reflect what was originally recorded. If the high frequency on the original is only 6500hz even a flac encode will only show it at 6500hz.
