Omigod, it's a Ramblin' Lou LP!
I should have guessed he had made some, although I've never seen this one here in his home territory of Western New York. Lou still runs WXRL-AM (which he owns), playing old-time country. He makes most of his money booking tours to Wheeling and such, but he still plays some shows as well.
