"Who Shot Sam" isn't the George Jones version. It's a soundalike by Roger Miller, appeared later on a budget album.

Yes, thats the album. But I'm not quite sure if this is really Roger Miller, sounds different to me. Possibly the record company only put his name on the label. Anyway, the "For Rent" track was probably another soundalike by Leon Payne.
