Hi,
here is one I ripped from vinyl a while back It's Vernon Wray's album (Wasted on his own Vermillion label ) it has never been released on cd Link is all over the album playing guitars ,dobro,mandolin etc unfortunately my scanner isn't big enough to fit the whole covers .anyway it has some great tracks .regards brujo

The Hacienda brothers were the best deal with Gaff and Dave gonzales(paladins) and killer young steeler "DB".

Brujo, Thanks for the Chris Gaffney! I had not heard of his passing. I interviewed Chris on the radio back in the 80's when he just released his Road to Indio Ep which was a great album. Do You happen to have that LP? I had a cassette from the radio station copy but it has slipped away.

Yes I do have a copy of The road to Indio it was reissued on cd with a live disc as well ,will upload it for you over the next few days .It was actually liver cancer that got him what a damn shame just when he was starting to get some recognition with (The Hacienda brothers) at least we have his music .I read on Dave alvin's site that he is putting out a tribute album to him .brujo

Thank you so much for posting this, Chris was like an adopted uncle to me, and I miss him lots...
