Uncle Gil,
thanks again. So many titles here I had never heard before. Keep them coming!
best regards,
mick
Hey Uncle:
Two names came up in conversation..Diane Kolby and R.W. Crouch & The Bum Steers. I never heard either one and all I know is they are from the Houston area circa the 70's. The only info I have is Kolby had an album called "Holy Man" on Columbia and the Steers had an album, If We Get A Divorce Who Gets The Truck" or something close to that.
btw:I'm a traditional Country fan and that's why I appreciate your blog.
I'm a nephew of Phil Sullivan, and want to tell you how great it is to see his works live on long after his death. Phil tragically died in a car crash along with his sister-in-law Ruth shortly after launching his career. Ruth was Oscar's wife of Lonzo and Oscar, who was Phil's brother.
Thanks again. Larry
